As of around 1.30pm today, 'hundreds' of protesters have gathered on Bromley High Street holding signs which read 'NO TO ULEZ' as they exclaim their view that 'democracy is dead'. Bromley will continue to fight against Sadiq Khans outrageous tax grab. Updated 18:58, 16 JAN 2019. The incident was first reported at around 5.55pm this evening (January 16) and has seen scores of shoppers evacuated from the centre.
